  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags intact; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during the doorstep pickup.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back into the original packaging or a secure tamper-proof bag, including the invoice to ensure accurate processing at our warehouse.

  Refund or Replacement
